'You won’t regret it. It really is a once in a lifetime trip. To be off grid with no one around on a gorgeous island in the Caribbean with the nicest host is really what we all wish for deep down don’t we? The serenity of just the ocean in front of you, and the birds chattering is what the soul needs. The boat trip from Roatan is a treat too.
It is rustic. If you want nightlife and fancy food, this might not be your thing. If you want the quiet and being back to nature and the basics and literally away from everyone and everything, then pack your bags.'

'Solitude in Paradise!
Aaaahhhhh...... I spent a quiet, relaxing weekend in the new cabin with Mel at this magical place. We took the ferry from Roatan and then hopped in a water taxi to be dropped on to a long, white sand beach with no one else around. We spent our days lounging in the hammocks, reading, exploring the long stretch of beach, and paddle boarding along the west coast of Guanaja. At night we made campfires, cooked and ate fish, and played cards on the fully screened in deck. It was hard to get back in the water taxi and return to Roatan... I'll be back! I'm looking forward to checking in on the progress of the one-in-a-million gems of a retreat.'
'This spot is a one-of-a-kind experience. Empty gorgeous beaches stretch in both directions with nary a human to be seen. The property faces West with stunning sunsets over the islands of Morat and Barbareta. The James family are gracious and relaxed hosts. Unplug and kick back in a hammock and let the rest of the world fade from your mind at this unspoiled Caribbean place. There aren't many left like it.'
